Furnished Bedroom is available for rent in Huge 5/2 Single Family House. The house is located right across FIU, just a minute walk to the MMC university campus (South Campus). Person will have his own furnished bedroom (12' x 13') but will be sharing the 2-bathrooms/living room/kitchen/dining areas with other roommates.

The rent is $800 per month. The rent includes Electricity (reasonable use), Water, Broadband Home Internet (no illegal downloads), Large 50" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with cable in the living room, Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer in Laundry room. There are 2 full size refrigerators in the kitchen apart from ton of cabinets.

The room will be fully furnished and will include

Twin-bed with mattress
5-shelf book case
computer table
a computer chair and a guest chair
Wireless internet ready

The house has everything to use from Pans, Pots, dinnerware, spoons, forks, knifes, toaster, blender, Kitchen Aid, Coffee maker etc. Just bring your clothes and move-in.

I am looking preferably for Post-Doctoral, Doctoral, Graduate students, visiting lecturers/faculty or working professionals. All the other roommates in the house are guys (male)and study at FIU. Everyone are very easy going and, I am looking for someone like minded, friendly and easy going as well.

I am looking for someone who will stay for at least a semester or longer.
